Policies

Rental Duration Calculation

24 hours from the time of receiving the equipment is considered 1 rental day.

The minimum rental period is 1 day.

For rentals starting before 8 AM, customers are required to pick up the equipment the evening before (the store operates from 8 AM to 6 PM daily).

Rental Procedures

Customers can pick up the equipment directly at the store and leave a deposit with personal identification (ID card, driver’s license, or student card).

Hue Camping offers delivery services (with a fee). Upon delivery, customers are required to provide personal identification to the delivery staff as a deposit.

Customers may also deposit cash instead of personal identification, with the deposit amount equivalent to the value of the rented equipment.
